Andrew recently helped me purchase a home in Los Angeles! In such a competitive market, I thought my chances were slim. Andrew recently helped me purchase a home in Los Angeles! In such a competitive market, I thought my chances were slim. Most of my other peers who were looking for homes in the Los Angeles area were taking 6 - 12+ months with many others giving up on the process altogether after a long-drawn-out process. Working with Andrew, I went from starting my search to getting keys to my home in 5 - 6 weeks! Your mileage will vary and luck definitely played a part on our side, but I wanted to note a few things that I think Andrew was incredible at that helped us get from searching to closing faster than many others in the LA area: 1 - Andrew is always, at least, 10 steps ahead. Deals often fall through because of the details, but even in the first few times I worked with Andrew, it was clear that he had the details covered. He had both the answers to the questions I had before I even asked him and he knew the exact questions that I should have also been asking. He also didn’t overload me with information that didn’t help me in the buying process but knew exactly how and when to call this information out. Trust me on this one, my doctor could be taking some advice from Andrew. As a result, the whole process went smoother than I could have ever expected. 2 - Andrew is strategic and effective. Los Angeles is an incredibly competitive market and having a Realtor® who knows exactly how to navigate the offer, escrow, etc. will be imperative to your home buying success. Not only did Andrew help ramp up my learning on the buying process, but he also helped display a number of options that I haven’t heard from other Realtors® and peers that I think did help my offer be more competitive relative to others. I do think Andrew’s strategic guidance during the offer stage did ultimately lead me to be able to close home so quickly! 3 - Lastly, Andrew is 100% buyer first. I wasn’t pressured to do anything I was uncomfortable with (i.e. putting more money than I was comfortable with because it was the “thing to do” or making offers that I didn’t want to commit to, etc.) and as a result, we were able to align very quickly on exactly what I was looking for in a home and we were able to narrow our search quickly and effectively. You’ll want to work with an agent who is empathetic and works with their client rather than forcing them into doing something because “that’s how the market works” and Andrew would be at the top of the list of agents who work with (and not against) their clients! To be honest, I’m having more trouble buying furniture after closing the home and at this rate, I’m about to ask Andrew to start an interior design business to help me with filling my new home! If you want to purchase your dream home and do it with someone who is on your side, will move mountains to make it happen, and has your happiness as a top priority, I highly recommend Andrew! He has the highest stamp of approval as my trusted Realtor® and I’ve only been singing praises and referring him to everyone I know!
