- Email marketing materials to agents and investors
- Agent direct calls to investors and most active outside agents
- Post property on the MLS and all relevant real estate websites
- Advertise in relevant publications
- Host property tours
- Field and negotiate offers
- Seller accepts offer with best price and terms
- Contract ratified and escrow is open
- Manage the escrow process
- Seller review estimated closing statement
- Close escrow
