David's unique real estate path started in 2008 on the investment side at a private equity firm in Sunnyvale, CA. With $5.6M raised in foreign capital, David helped investors acquire bulk REO assets, which they held, managed, and sold. Seeing further opportunities in the REO market, David moved to a traditional residential brokerage in Pleasant Hill, CA, and helped his brokerage gross over $43 million in sales, over a 20-month period.
David later joined Nolan Jones and Bay Property Group in Oakland, CA, at the inception of their brokerage division. David focused on multifamily and residential sales, while also utilizing his array of real estate-related skills towards the development and management of the agency.
