  • Determine official marketing plan roll out and timing
  • Execute Disclosures
  • Pull preliminary Title Report and Property Profile
  • Make sure all necessary improvements have been completed
  • Have interior and exterior of the property photographed
  • Create and/or update marketing package and materials accordingly

  • Mail flyers and postcards to agents and investors
  • Email marketing materials to agents and investors
  • Agent direct calls to investors and most active outside agents
  • Post property on the MLS and all relevant real estate websites
  • Advertise in relevant publications
  • Host property tours

  • Seller accepts offer with best price and terms
  • Contract ratified and escrow is open
